I did it! I finally figured out how to autolock my phone. No more mystery phone calls to the Quincy District Court!!!.

Options / security / general settings / password. Just enter a password, then it locks automatically....and you can still receive incoming calls.

Harwich Opticians saves the day

Cynthia Mayo of Harwich Opticians came up big when Joshua snapped Adam's glasses on vacation. Inexpsensive kids frames, and she McGuyvered the lenses to buy us a week until we could get the regular frames. She beat the local competition by a mile. And, she was very friendly and accommodating. Kudo's all around.

Physical Abilities

Joshua's physical talents are probably normal, but impressive nonetheless. Just yesterday, I came home from work and found him on the swing......pumping for real. The kid is 3 and has full leg-pumping coordination! Adam, meanwhile, has a great eye for hitting wiffle balls. He absolutely kills them, and has a good arm to boot. Catching is another story, but whatever. They're both great kids.

This just goes to show that even the "big boys" cannot get trademarks willy nilly.

I really enjoy practicing law in Braintree, as opposed to in Boston, primarily because the clients we serve like not having to schlep into the city for a meeting. It makes their lives so much easier and creates more opportunities for client contact, which is the lifeblood of my practice.

What I do miss about being downtown, though, is the electricity of commerce and choice of food!
