Gluten Free
As Joshua is now on a gluten free diet, it is true information overload. I have learned more about celiac disease in the past week than one really should ever know. So this is what the Cheesecake Factory has to say about gluten free items on its menu:
Dear Mr. Wolf:
Thank you for your interest in The Cheesecake Factory. Yes, we do offer a number of dishes that are gluten free or that can be modified to be gluten free.
Please feel free to ask your server for our Supplemental Allergen menu that will be available beginning September 30, 2010 in our restaurants. Should you have any questions, our staff and managers will be happy to assist you.
I wish you a wonderful visit and thank you again for choosing The Cheesecake Factory restaurants!

Can't Believe I'm in Milan
January 18, 1990
It really is amazing. I flew into Zurich and stayed with my cousin Debbie for a day, then took a train to Milan to meet up with my group from IES. Two weeks in Livigno skiing....ummm I mean learning Italian. Lessons were from 7-9 and 4-6 with all day skiing in between. A great group of personalities and I might even get lucky along the way.
Anyway, we got into Milan and I am getting my bearings. Before we left, Mike and I agreed that we would meet on Thursday at 5 pm in front of the Duomo. Soooo, I gotta throw on some clothes and meet him. Not sure about one of my roommates who is always wearing a suit, but more on that later. There are lots of little shops, which I really need to check out.
